Application:

You take and fill one or two teases (assess yourself) with "X" and add it to the water in your waterpaper. Then "X" dissolves you quickly and also works "X" effect.

By possibly tilting the bowl a little gives you 'X' the first driving force for the right effect. Depending on the intensity of the effect, you can dispense higher or lower.
